"On Oct 2nd we had a problem with the lock on our Tri Glide trunk. It locked itself with all of our necessities in it, including Harley Keys, Truck keys, wallet, purse and phones. We were in Cedar city and quickly headed down to Zions Harley. We called AAA to meet us there and hopefully unlock the trunk. they could not make it until the next day. Laura, in parts, tried everything she could think of to get us back on the road...everything. We finally had to head back to our rental in Hurricane to wait until the next day for the key guy. Side note, we found we were also locked out of the rental house. We came back into Zions Harley the next working to meet the key guy. He finally showed up at 11. While he was finally able to unlock the trunk it would still not open. We fought it for a long time before asking Stagg, Service Manager for help. He did some research on line and then took it into the shop. Leland was assigned to work on my bike with the understanding that we may have to damage the trunk in order to get in. I watched from the waiting room for about 40 minutes while Leland worked hard to get it open. I didn't have much hope then I saw the trunk open. Leland had us come in and get out our belongings. I was already depressed and we were ready to cancel the rest of our trip. Leland and Stagg refused to take any money for the work they had done and told me not to let it ruin our vacation but to go out and enjoy the next few days. We ended up taking their advice. Over the next few days we toured the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon and Zions and ended up having one of our best vacations on the bike yet. We owe a big thank you to Scott, Stagg, Leland and Laura for not just good customer service but GREAT customer service. THIS DEALERSHIP ROCKS!
