  • "I planned poorly and found myself in need of a 1000 mile service on my new Street Glide Special with no chance to get it locally before departing on what was to become a 7600 mile L.A. to Maine & back ride. I called from St. George, Utah and was told if I arrived at opening time I would be first in and first out. They did as promised and I was on the road by about 1130 AM. They couldn't have been nicer and I headed east confident that the bike was in shape for the hard road ahead. I wish I had written down names but I can say everyone was extremely friendly and efficient. Thank you all"

  • "On Oct 2nd we had a problem with the lock on our Tri Glide trunk. It locked itself with all of our necessities in it, including Harley Keys, Truck keys, wallet, purse and phones. We were in Cedar city and quickly headed down to Zions Harley. We called AAA to meet us there and hopefully unlock the trunk. they could not make it until the next day. Laura, in parts, tried everything she could think of to get us back on the road...everything. We finally had to head back to our rental in Hurricane to wait until the next day for the key guy. Side note, we found we were also locked out of the rental house. We came back into Zions Harley the next working to meet the key guy. He finally showed up at 11. While he was finally able to unlock the trunk it would still not open. We fought it for a long time before asking Stagg, Service Manager for help. He did some research on line and then took it into the shop. Leland was assigned to work on my bike with the understanding that we may have to damage the trunk in order to get in. I watched from the waiting room for about 40 minutes while Leland worked hard to get it open. I didn't have much hope then I saw the trunk open. Leland had us come in and get out our belongings. I was already depressed and we were ready to cancel the rest of our trip. Leland and Stagg refused to take any money for the work they had done and told me not to let it ruin our vacation but to go out and enjoy the next few days. We ended up taking their advice. Over the next few days we toured the Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon and Zions and ended up having one of our best vacations on the bike yet. We owe a big thank you to Scott, Stagg, Leland and Laura for not just good customer service but GREAT customer service. THIS DEALERSHIP ROCKS! We look forward to visiting your dealership again, only this time with no problems."

  • "I recently broke down on I-15 about 20 miles south of Cedar City while on my way back home from a week+ trip through California and Nevada, eventually ending up at Zion Park. From the moment that I arrived at your shop from being towed, I knew that I was in good hands. My bike was up on the lift and my problem diagnosed within 10-15 minutes of my arrival. Your service personnel went out of their way to make sure that parts needed for repair were available as soon as possible. I was ready to get back on the road late morning the following day. Your service technician was not satisfied with the way that my engine was sounding, and diagnosed on the fly that the cam tensioner might be a problem. After getting the okay from me, he pulled the cam cover and found that not only was the cam tensioner a problem, it was completely obliterated. Rather than send me down the road suspecting something was awry, they took the extra time to follow up and most likely saved me from being stranded somewhere in the middle of nowhere in the Nevada desert. Though it may have cost me some extra time and money, in the long run, the conscientiousness of your service personnel saved me from a huge inconvenience and expense down the road. The professionalism and courtesy that I was met with at your shop is incomparable to anything else that I have experienced thus far. Your shop is the model of how a Harley Davidson dealer, or any other business for that matter, should be run."

  • "I was towed in after my battery died in the Nevada desert heading to Sturgis. The lady in the parts counter was a great help getting me a new one which i replaced in the parking lot. I really appreciated the free water, ice cream and sunscreen. In about an hour, my riding partner and I were on our way again, refreshed and ready."

  • "Last year I found a 2012 Street Glide in a custom color that I never stopped thinking about. One day in early July 2013 I searched the web and found the same bike used at Zion in Washington Utah. It prompted me to call and I spoke to Scott Smith. I'm not a very trusting individual especially to think of purchasing a bike sight unseen. I asked Scott a million questions which he answered every one of them to make me feel comfortable and sent closer than close pictures to prove his answers. I wanted to make sure it was a perfect as he said and thought to myself "what's the odds it will live up to his answers and my expectations" including me saying "if it isn't what I think just tell me". In the end I trusted Scott and felt comfortable to move forward. Scott setup purchase, delivery and a part I wanted to add before shipment. Scott set me up with finance person Paul Kilbury and he was just as awesome as Scott. Every promise they both made was spot on and their timeframes were met every step of the way. I began to trust everything they told me and they couldn't do enough to make me feel comfortable especially being that I'm a freak "A" Personality high expectation kinda person. These guys are great and someday I plan to cross the country to visit this dealership in person. If you want to trust in someone that has the one of a kind bike available and you can't get to see it, just ask Scott and Paul and they will say it the way it is. I feel they wouldn't have taken my money only to get the sale but they filled the needs at every step. Throughout process I figured how could this be seamless but it was. The best part is when I've called Scott or Paul a month now after delivery they remember me and jump to help me with anything I ask. Just great people that truly understand that this is a passion and a want, not a need. Well, for me I think a need too but you know what I mean."

  • "Thought I would never come back . Two years ago HORRIBLE MANAGER. Came in this time Scarlet Red Heritage 2010 looked at me said take me home. Boom credit approved 3 min -Picked out parts to have put on set appointment to in stall . within 2 hours scarlet was cruising down the street. Paul and crew was great. Must say most of the 2 hr wait was waiting for my husband to show up and see what he bought me. He was jealous scarlet rocks in chrome! So Zions Harley now I have GOOD VERY GOOD WORDS ABOUT YOU.   • "I was on a cross country trip and the front tire on my Street Bob needed replaced. The nearest dealer to where I was located was Zion so I made tracks for them on a terribly hot day. They were able to get my bike in right away and were very accomodating to me, even taking in to consideration my travel budget and road weariness. I am very impressed with the professionalism and care of the service writers. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to have all the correct H-D tires in stock. I prefer the stock Michelin Scorchers the bike came from the factory with, and we were forced to utilize a Dunlop as the parts department did not have any Michelins available. Otherwise, I am very satisfied."

  • "My wife and I were on a road trip with several other friends when our EG developed an oil leak that I could not resolve. I showed up at Zion HD early Saturday morning when they had a major event planned. The service manager (Richard) gave me an estimated time; and then proceeded to get our machine in long before he thought they would. Paul, the mechanic, diagnosed the problem, called me in to look it over and asked me what I wanted to have done. He suggested a solution from among my alternatives. We were on our way in less than a half hour later (after my wife purchased some apparel from the terrific sale priced items). Overall, would not hesitate to use the dealership for any of their services. First rate, qulified, and customer oriented. Ride safe! AJ and MJ"

  • "I would like to thank Steve and Jason for fast, friendly service. I was 3,000 miles from home when my bike broke down. Even though I brought my bike to them at closing time, they had my bike fixed (better than new) by the next morning and I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation. (Thanks for cleaning it too! That was the first time during a long trip that I ever had a clean bike!) I also appreciate the courtesy call a day or two later to check and make sure everything was running smoothly."
